These Terms of Service apply to the use of strikzgripsock.co.uk and purchases made through the STRIKZ online store.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information on the website are accurate.
Product images may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and device displays.
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to withdraw or discontinue products where necessary.
PRICES
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
STRIKZ is not currently VAT registered.
The price shown at checkout, together with any applicable delivery charge, is the total amount payable for the order unless additional customs or import charges apply to an international order.
STRIKZ Pro Grip Socks are currently priced at:
£8 per pair
Any 3 pairs for £20
The 3-pair offer allows customers to mix and match available sizes.
ORDERING
When you place an order through the website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully authorised and the order has been confirmed.
You will receive an order confirmation using the contact details supplied during checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there is a genuine pricing error, payment issue, suspected fraud, product availability problem or other reasonable reason that prevents us from fulfilling the order.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot fulfil, the appropriate refund will be issued.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers made available through the store.
STRIKZ does not directly store customers' full payment card details.
DELIVERY
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Current UK delivery options are:
Standard Delivery: £4.99
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days
Express Delivery: £6.99
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days
Free Standard Delivery is available on orders of £50 or more.
International delivery is available to selected destinations where shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for ensuring that products can lawfully be imported into their destination country.
International orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by local authorities.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Customers may have the right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.
STRIKZ Pro Grip Socks are supplied in sealed packaging for hygiene reasons.
For change-of-mind returns, the original hygiene seal must remain intact.
Once the sealed hygiene packaging has been opened after delivery, change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted where the hygiene exception under applicable consumer law applies.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

We cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

to interfere with the operation or security of the website
to attempt unauthorised access to the website or its systems
to transmit malicious software or harmful code
to misuse STRIKZ content, branding or intellectual property
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the STRIKZ name, branding, website content, photographs, graphics and other original materials displayed on this website are owned by or used with the permission of STRIKZ.
They must not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The STRIKZ website is hosted using Shopify.
The store may also use third-party services for payments, delivery or other ecommerce functions.
Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or any rights provided to consumers under applicable law.
STRIKZ is not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
PRIVACY
Personal information is handled in accordance with the STRIKZ Privacy Policy.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The version published on the website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
If you are a consumer elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you also retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of the part of the UK in which you live.
